By accessing or using the NeatRoute Studio website and purchasing or using our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

3. Purchases and access

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. Live workshops and scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license unless a team license is purchased.

4. Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days if a product does not match its description or technical issues cannot be resolved. Live event refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, resell products, or interfere with other users. Respect all intellectual property rights and community guidelines.

6. Intellectual property

All content, templates, videos, and resources are the property of NeatRoute Studio or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and professional use only.

7. Disclaimers

Our products and educational materials are for informational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific business results. You are responsible for applying the information appropriately in your own context.

8. Limitation of liability

NeatRoute Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.
